Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Lucky Media Corp, LLC ("Lucky Media Corp," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information across our properties and apps, including RangeYourself, Lucid Numbers, SafePedicures, MAHJ MAHJ, Root Practice, and any related domains we operate (the "Services").

We try to collect as little as possible, use it only for the purposes described here, and never sell personal data.

Our consumer apps and sites do not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise device location unless a specific feature requires it and you explicitly grant permission. We do not perform device fingerprinting beyond what standard analytics providers do.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share email addresses with third parties for their own marketing.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)
Aggregate usage analytics across all our sites. Tracks pageviews, events, and approximate geography. Google privacy policy.

Email newsletter and list management. Stores subscribed email addresses and engagement data. MailerLite privacy policy.
Stripe
Payment processing for any purchases. Receives the payment information needed to process a transaction; we receive a token and order metadata. Stripe privacy policy.
Supabase
Backend database and authentication for select Services. Stores account records and product data. Supabase privacy policy.
Vercel
Hosting and edge delivery for all our websites. Processes request logs and serves content. Vercel privacy policy.
Amazon Associates
Affiliate network for product links on RangeYourself and similar editorial properties. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set its own cookies. Amazon privacy notice.
Katalys
Affiliate network used for select non-Amazon partner programs. When you click a tracked affiliate link, Katalys may set its own cookies for commission attribution. Katalys privacy policy.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some of our editorial sites — including RangeYourself and SafePedicures — feature links to third-party products and services. We may earn a commission when a reader clicks one of these links and completes a qualifying action with the partner. Commissions do not change the price you pay.

RangeYourself is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Editorial recommendations are made independently and are not influenced by commission rates.

We and our third-party processors use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

For users in the EU/UK (GDPR): our legal bases for processing are (a) your consent (for marketing emails and optional cookies), (b) legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services, measuring performance), and (c) contractual necessity (delivering features you've signed up for).

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Email subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months). Server logs are retained briefly for security purposes and then discarded or anonymized.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions that set that threshold). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Lucky Media Corp is based in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our processors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required for cross-border transfers.

10. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our backend systems, and reputable hosting and database providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk low.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the relevant Service or sent to subscribed users by email.
